Hi, I’m Nick Biddlecombe
3D specialist, graphic designer, entrepreneur, and founder of nb.create.
I’m passionate about 3D design and how it can be used to solve problems in innovative ways.
While working as a graphic designer, I realised that my 3D animation hobby and my passion for graphic design didn’t have to be separate. Thus, nb.create was born.
My goal is to master the art of 3D design and CG filmmaking to create truly breathtaking results.

Who Do I Work With?
nb.create was designed to provide 3D services to creative professionals that don’t have in-house resources.
Whether you’re a large design agency or a marketing professional, I can help you bring your idea to life.
You don’t need to be a creative professional though, I can provide strategy and design services to help you realise your vision, however broad it may be.
If you’re still unsure whether we’ll be able to work together, please get in touch. There’s no pressure and no obligation.
What is my process?
After you’ve hired me to work on a project, what can you expect? I adapt my workflow to suit your needs but my process is typically built on a few core steps.
-
Unless otherwise agreed, all of my projects will start with a meeting with the client to discuss the initial direction and the goal for the project.
This step is vital to determine what they need and to share some insight into what I can create for them.
To prepare for this meeting, I will come up with some brief written ideas and finished concepts from similar projects created by myself, my client or other industry professionals.
-
Armed with the information from our initial ideation session. I’ll be able to create a detailed written concept and some rough imagery to help you visualise the direction.
This step will often include storyboards and rough mockups of the visual identity of the project.
We’ll talk again at this stage and you’ll be able to choose which concept you believe will suit you best.
-
Now that we’ve nailed down the perfect idea, I’ll start production.
This will likely be the longest part of the process. Once I’ve taken the project far enough to be considered a first draft, I’ll come to you for your feedback and suggestions before continuing.
For larger projects, we will potentially repeat this process multiple times so that you are kept in the loop on the project and aren’t caught off guard by the final piece.
-
When the project is nearing completion and ready for the final polishing stage, I’ll be able to apply all of the finishing touches. It will then be ready for the final sign-off.
You need to be able to see the project before and after this process to avoid any unnecessary work and to maximise the impact of the finished project.
